2 Oct 2006: Note from Judy Childs Lolley: "I know that Mary Malinda Barker was the wife of James Jackson Gilmore, because the Barker family was still here in Geneva when I was a teenager. Grannie Barker as we called her was a niece to Malinda and knew her well." Judy reports that James J Gilmore's second wife was Frances Elizabeth Wingate, who is buried in Geneva City Cemetery beside her first husband, James Adkinson. Judy's information came from a son of James J Gilmore's grandson who married Bessie Adkinson, daughter of Frances Wingate Adkinson. James J Gilmore b.
