Mr Charles E Breeden, age 54 of Adel, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, Nov 17, 1998 at the fellowship home in Valdosta, Georgia.

	Mr Breeden was born Jan 28, 1944 at Pine Hurst, North Carolina and lived in Adel, Georgia for the past 22 years.  He was a member of the Sparks United Methodist Church and Southland Valdosta Church.  He was also a telecommunications engineer for Bell-Atlantic-Bell South.

	Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov 28 at the Southland Church of Valdosta, Georgia.  Burial followed at Sparks City Cemetery with Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home directing.

	He was preceded in death by his father, James Craig Breeden, Sr.

Survivors included his mother:  Gladys Callahan Breeden of Pascagoula, Mississippi; wife:  Anna Fulford Breeden of Adel, Georgia; son and daughter-in-law:  Kevin and Shari Breeden of Sparks, Georgia; daughters and son-in law:  Kelly and Scott Ramirez of Valdosta, Georgia and Kim and Dough Griner of Adel, Georgia; brother:  James Craig 'Jimmy' Breeden, Jr of Bonifay; sisters:  Nancy Marsh of Bonifay, Mary Lynn Hogan of Tacoma, Washington, Beck Brown and Sylvia Hunt, both of Pascagoula, Mississippi and five grandchildren.
