Earl Linwood Evans, 53, a dragline operator for the E. and I.
Inc., working on the new Marco developement, was found dead in his home at Marco
yesterday. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Earl G. Hodges Funeral
Chapel, awaiting word from relatives.
Collier County News, Daily News- Graveside services were
held yesterday afternoon for Earl Linwood Evans, 53, dragline
operator, who died Monday, July 13, in his home at Marco. Interment was in Fort
Myers Cemetery, with the arrangements being made by the Earl G. Hodges Funeral
Chapel of Naples. Evans was a native of West Virginia and was a veteran of World
War 11. He had been a resident of Marco for several months. He is survived by
his widow, Mrs. Audrey Evans of Newark, Ohio, and a daughter, Mrs. Helen Working
of Dayton, Ohio.

Naples Daily News - May 19, 1972 - Bonita Springs
- Adolph Albert Emerson, 65, of Anglers Paradise, died
Wednesday at his residence. He was retired from the Wisconsin Steel Co., and had
been a resident of Bonita springs for the past six years. Survivors include his
wife Leona Emerson of Bonita; two sons, Thomas and William, both of Highland,
Ind.; and a daughter Eileen, of Burnham, Ill. Funeral services and burial will
be in Lansing, Ill., with Pittman's Bonita Springs Chapel in charge of local
arrangements.

Fort Myers Press - April 1,
1925 - Wed. Afternoon - "Mrs. Fenell Dead" - Mrs. C. Fenell,
aged 70, died of cancer at her home in Naples yesterday at 4 O'Clock and the
body taken care of by mortician L.W. Engelhardt. She was a widow and survived by
a son, F. H. Fenell, who recently lost his wife. Burial at Bonita Springs
Cemetery at 2O'Clock this afternoon after funeral services at Bonita Springs
Church.

16, 1964 - D.H. Frye, 51, who resided at 1138 22nd Ave., N. was
pronounced dead on arrival at Naples Community Hospital this morning. Among
survivors are his widow, Mrs. Alama Frye of Naples. Funeral arrangements are
being made at the Earl G. Hodges Funeral Chapel.

17, 1964 - Funeral services for Dock Herman Frye, 51, who died
yesterday morning will be held at 10 O'Clock tomorrow morning from the Earl G.
Hodges Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ledies Bargo, pastor of the East Naples
Baptist Church, officiating. Visitation will be held at the chapel from 2 to 5
O'Clock this afternoon and from 6 to 8 O'Clock tonight. Interment will be in
Knoxville, Tenn. Frye resided with his wife Alma D. Frye, who survives, at 1138
22nd. Ave. N., Naples, and had lived here for the past four years. He was
employed as a forman for the E.H. Marhoeffer Jr. Co. Besides his widow, he is
survived by a son, George, of Naples; five brothers, Pete of Naples, Danny,
Delbert, N.S. Frye, and Verlin Frye, all of Knoxville, Tenn.; five sisters, Mrs.
Reba Deadarick, Mrs. Lorena Ramey, both of Knoxville, Mrs. Ruby Muncey, Mrs.
Howard, both of Eaton, Ohio, and Mrs. Maude Collins of Marion,
N.C.

Naples Daily News - Sept.5, 1972 - Achilla ( Ike)
Ferraro, 79, of Ochopee died Sunday at Naples community Hospital. A
retired opera singer, he came here 23 years ago. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs.
Lillian Dingas and Mrs. Mary Machione; two brothers Joseph and James, all of
Philadelphia; and a daughter Catherine. Chapel services will be held at 2 pm
Wednesday at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clyde Martin of the Lee
Cypress Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at fort Myers Memorial
Gardens. Pittman's Naples Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Griffin
Collier County News, Daily News - May 19, 1964 - Funeral
services for Robert Lee Griffin, 30, will be held at 2 O'Clock
tomorrow afternoon in the chapel of the Richard A. Pittman Funeral Home. Rev.
Harry C. Parham, pastor of the First Methodist Church will officiate. Griffin
died Saturday night of a heart attack at the Naples Speedway. He lived at 4042
Guava Drive, Naples, and was the proprietor of the B and R Auto Salvage. He was
born at Davey, Fla., and had lived in Naples about three years. He is survived
by his widow Roberta; a daughter Susan; three sons, Robbie, Eddie and James; his
mother, Mrs. Marjorie Griffin of Fort Lauderdale; a brother Ray of Naples; two
sisters, Mrs. Doris Hunter of Pompano Beach, and Mrs. Marjorie Gaines of
Chattanooga, Tenn.; and his grandmother, Mrs. Hilda Maxwell of Fort Lauderdale.
Friends may call at the Pittman Funeral Home from 7 to 9 O'Clock
tonight.

Mrs. Bonnie L. Green, 71, of Bonita Springs, died Thursday
evening in Naples Community Hospital. A native of Coolmont, Ind., she had been a
resident of Bonita Springs for the past 13 years. She is survived by her husband
Ray E. Green of Bonita Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Anita G. De Moss of Del Mar,
Calif.; three sons, George and Edgar of Linton, Ind. and Alfred of Stamford,
Conn. Mrs. Green also leaves a sister, Mrs. Naomi Eldridge of Battle Creek,
Mich., and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in Sanborn, Ind.,
with burial in the Sanborn Cemetery. The Richard A. Pittman Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements.

Dec.29, 1964 - Carbon Monoxide gas was believed to have caused the death of
William Mark (Dub) Garrett, 39, Everglades commercial
fisherman, who was found dead this morning by a fellow fisherman shortly before
his boat pulled into port. He had left Christmas Day with the fishing fleet
sailing out of Everglades. He was a veteran of World War 11, and resided on
Allen Avenue in Everglades. He was a member of the Everglades Baptist chapel,
and had lived in Everglades the past 25 years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs.
Birdie Mae Garrett of Everglades; three brothers, Aubrey and Billie of Orlando
and Gerald of Fort Myers; two sisters, Mrs. Juanita Horton of New Jersy, Mrs.
Gertrude Haffika of Orlando; and his mother, Mrs. Mark Garrett of Everglades.
Funeral arrangements are being made at the Richard A. Pittman Funeral Home in
Naples.

Naples Memorial Gardens. Visiting hours will be from 7 to 9 O'Clock tonight at
