To any Minister of the Gospal, or any officer legally authorized to solemnize
the Rite of Matrimony:
  Whereas, application having been made to the County Judge of Lee County, of
the State of Florida, for a License for Marriage, and it appearing to the
satisfaction of said County Judge that no legal impediments exist to the
marriage now sought to be solemnized,
   These are therefore, to authorize you to unite in the Holy Estate Of
Matrimony, Mr Albert Addison of Lee County, Fla and Miss Charity Newell of Lee
County, Fla, and that you make returne of the same, duly certified under your
hand, to the County Judge aforesaid.
  Witness Geo W. Hendry County Judge, and the seal of said Court at the court
house in Myers, Fla. this the 11th day of June A.D. 1894

Notes:
     After arriving in the U.S, from England where he was born , Albert
Addison spent the rest of his life living on the island he loved, Marco Island.  
     Charity Newell was born in Texas, the daughter of Edward Robert Newell &
Charity Ann "Wright" Newell.
