   Kathleen, June 27, ( Special )
The second big still to be captured lately by Constable Frank Dixon of Kathleen, was brought in yesterday from Black Water Creek near the Hillsborough County line. Two men were arrested in connection with the capture, but only Tom Willis, negro, was held.
In a  preliminary hearing before Magistrate J.M. Formby he assumed all responsibility for the still and John Wright, white, was released when he claimed he had nothing to do with the liquor appratus and was only fishing in the vicinity when arrested. Willis, who claims Valdosta, Ga. as his home, spent the night in the Lakeland jail and was taken this morning to the county jail in Bartow. At the time of the raid the still was not in operation. Officer Dixon said, there were however 5 barrels of mash, a quantity of meal and other materials necessary for the successful concoction of moonshine.
